After 4 years, I decided to start working on a new personal Web site. The last time I news I was back in 2009 and since then I don't have to pay much attention to be paid, but I think it's time for me first try some different things with him on Web design, responsive, mobile and other such trends. The logo is inspired by a college team logo, I wanted to have this reference, because the idea is that the site would like a creative laboratory things I learn and experiment in terms of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Another reference is the San Francisco Giants logo, I love the letters were super imposed angularity and the way.

Once I had some sketches I've started to create the digital version. The logo is basically the rectangles and triangles out and as you can see below the images, I've started adding forms and improve on it.

Use the same triangles from the corners of the "S", I created basic shade and then made them as negative space.

After an afternoon of fun I ended up with a nice icon, very aligned with the design principles I had concerns, especially on the look and feel of a college sports teams have. I want to make sure that the proportions are still some optical adjustments. The next step will be to show you the site :)
